The review of the Master Plan of the Municipality of Araucária (PR) included the preparation of a diagnosis , guidelines and proposals , constructed collectively through public events and technical analyses by the Consulting and City Hall teams.

Strategies such as mapping urban evolution scenarios, macrozoning, zoning , among other methods applied to sustainable municipal development were employed.

Actions were proposed in the areas of health , education , social assistance , housing , environment and mobility . In addition, the Action and Investment Plan (PAI) was drawn up, covering urban and managerial requalification ; the institutionalization of the Plan; and the preparation of legislative instruments for environmental protection , land regularization and housing policies.
