The review of the Director Plan of Campo Grande (MS) covered aspects of municipal macro zoning, considering urban transport axes; prospective scenarios of urban requalification; transport rings; road alternatives; regional integration; and environmental and housing policies.

 

The works addressed territorial development, land use and occupation, urban mobility, road circulation, and public transport. From the methodology of evaluating constraints, potentialities and deficiencies, sustainable development strategies were established. 

Public hearings and technical and community workshops were held, involving citizens of Campo Grande in discussions about the future of the municipality in urban and rural areas. Finally, a Plan of Action and Development of Sustainable Projects was presented, in addition to the draft Law of the Director Plan.
